Call customer service and give them all the information you got from the merchant/amazon **Q: are these clubs cavity backs with a forged face insert?** A: you have to read the item description or look up the product **Q: Are these for a right handed golfer?** A: The clubs in the picture are right-handed, but the description says left hand orientation, so there lies the confusion--the photo contradicts the description. I bought a set of righties last year and I really like them. Good Luck. **Q: I ordered 4 to pitching wedge of these and only received the 7 iron. Why didn't I get all the clubs??** A: I only received the 5 iron. Called customer service. Returned for full refund.
