I plugged this product right in, and my Sony XM4s synced right up. It has been a breeze ever since then. It has never failed. It has never gotten staticky. It has never lagged or had latency. Never disconnected randomly or stopped working where I had to unplug and plug back in. No worries about buying this one. I expected that not every single headphone would work with the mic. So in my case, I have to use the mic on the controller, but I don’t use the mic very often anyway. The main part is gaming through the headphones. So as long as you have the expectation that maybe your mic might not work, I don’t believe any of the bad reviews. This thing is incredible.
