Review: My Dog Loves it & is Sad Without, So I Replaced a Retired Monkey for a Fa-kaw Chicken! - Well what can I say, my dog Cocoa loves these screaming toys. The monkey was the 1st she had which after carrying it everywhere especially coming to its aid like its momma whenever she would hear it scream, when she finally got the screaming box out of the thing, I had to find her another. I saw the chicken and and immediately thought, "That's it!" She has to have it! So I purchased it and she loves as much if not even more than her screaming monkey now in the toy graveyard AKA dumpster! I mean when Cocoa retires a toy, there isn't much left of it to donate and give to anyone else pet as a hand-me-down. A more than well loved dog toy, perhaps not even made for pets but she sure got more use from the screaming monkey I had purchased for her monkey toy loving dog-brother. She took hold of that thing and as soon as she figured out how to make it scream it didn't stop but the way she would pick it up and carry it around in her mouth like one of her pups from a litter she never had, priceless. So I do recommend this cute novelty toy as a toy for a kid if you're not that parent who is easily annoyed by toys that make noise. It's fun, also others will get a good laugh if they are over and hear the sound that comes out of it. It's the perfect size for my medium size Pit Bull but my much larger Shepherd/Akita plays with these also. Like I said the original monkey this one replaces was my boy's 1st before she stole it from him and took it over as her own. I'm not sure of the age range but if my dog can play with it and not swallow any of the parts even after being able to tear into it and get the round screaming box mechanism out of them then I would think it would be okay for a kid at whatever age Playmaker states is okay. Its easy to fling it across the room and make it scream, they have this scrunchy type of legs, arms or neck that you pull on, draw back a pretty good bit and when you let go, like a fling-shot they will fly right out of your hands. I notice however it is Cocoa plays with them, mostly just carrying them and picking them up and flinging into their air or bouncing against the floor they scream. I'm not a parent, but with lots of nibblings (AKA Nieces and Nephews) I would say that babies would get a wonderful laugh from these toys. Review: My pupper LOVES these 💕 - Honestly, I had a couple of these given to us before and came online searching for them trying to buy them again. I was so happy when I found them! Or I guess I should say, my dog was so happy! Lol. These toys are pretty well made, in my opinion, for the price you pay! Yes, my dog had one of them pulled apart in under 24 hours. But another one has lasted ever since we got them. I do recommend watching pets/small children while they play with these toys as the occasional eye will fly off (mostly due to MY aim!) or, as I said before, they get ripped open and the speaker inside is in danger of being chewed on, swallowed, etc. My dog gets such enjoyment from these toys that I usually sew them back up the first and maybe second time my dog rips them open. Usually, after a good sewing session, they stay pretty well. If they come apart a second or third time I toss them. Know why I don’t care about that? You get what you pay for! And honestly I think I get my money’s worth for what I get them for! I and my dog have so much fun when we play with these together! I will pull the sling back like I’m about to shoot it and then I’ll move my arm back and forth and she will just bounce back and forth so quickly waiting for me to shoot! It’s pretty hilarious. 😂 I will be back to buy another set as soon as my dog is down to 1 or 2 again! 😆🐶🐾❤️ ## Features - DESIGN FEATURES: 11-inch plush monkey toy with stretchy arms, feet, and tail, designed for launching into the air for entertainment - LAUNCHING MECHANISM: Special hand slots and hidden rubber tubes in arms allow for easy grip and slingshot-style launching action - PERFORMANCE: Capable of flying distances up to 50 feet when launched properly toward the sky - INTERACTIVE FUN: Makes screaming sounds while soaring through the air, adding an exciting audio element to playtime - ENTERTAINMENT VALUE: Creates screaming sounds while flying through the air, adding an extra element of excitement to playtime ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000KK22LU | | Additional Features | Makes Oinking Pig Sound When Crashes | | Age Range Description | Child | | Animal Theme | Pig | | Best Sellers Rank | #59,018 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #58 in Toy Parachute Figures #3,700 in Stuffed Animals & Teddy Bears | | Brand Name | Playmaker Toys | | Color | Pig | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 2,941 Reviews | | Educational Objective | Hand Eye Coordination | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00083176045549 | | Included Components | Playmaker Toys Flingshot Flying Pig, Pink | | Item Dimensions | 8 x 4 x 2 inches | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 11"L x 4"W x 2"H | | Item Type Name | Playmaker Toys Flingshot Flying Pig, Pink | | Item Weight | 1.6 ounces | | Manufacturer | Playmaker Toys | | Manufacturer Part Number | 04554 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Warranty | | Manufacturer recommended age | 36 months - 15 years | | Material Type | Rubber | | Model Name | 455 | | Model Number | 04554 | | Number of Batteries | 3 CR123A batteries required. The screeching sound might drive you bananas, but it fades and disappears in a month or so. When his monkey became mute, I found this one online and bought 3 of them. The sounds wear out sooner and are not as loud as the one I bought somewhere else. But that is a plus. The 4 yr. old great-grandson likes it also, but needs supervision as the arms are rubberized (it is a slingshot) and could hit himself in the face with it. So we must make sure he is throwing it. So older children maybe. ## Frequently Bought Together - Playmaker Toys - Flying Screaming Flingshot Slingshot Novelty Pig Plush Doll Toy, Launches up to 50 Feet - Playmaker Toys - Flying Screaming Flingshot Slingshot Novelty Cow Plush Doll Toy, Launches up to 50 Feet - YMCtoys - Flying Screaming Flingshot Slingshot Novelty Monkey Plush Doll Toy, Launches up to 50 Feet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/4174367-flying-screaming-flingshot-slingshot-novelty-plush-doll-toy-launches-up](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/4174367-flying-screaming-flingshot-slingshot-novelty-plush-doll-toy-launches-up) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
