These mats are used in our church and preschool restrooms over ceramic tile. Easy to place and easy to stay where you place them and they last much longer than the site claims.Even with all the little boys missing the urnial, it handles perfectly. You will realize when it is necessary to change out by the odor from the urine. Also you will notice the absence of a scent on the mat like many of the other manufacturers. When you have a pine or strawberry scented unit, it generally masks the unine oder not absorbing it.Less urine on the floor, means less hazardous to slips and falls. Great product.

I suppose if you have a fairly clean facility without a somewhat normal traffic this mat would be fine for help containing over spill and smell.  We tried it in a high traffic restroom (where there are intoxicated people) and it doesn't really help much in that situation.
