Most didn't really do anything for me, done weren't even noticeable. Most contained the ingredients I was looking for, like dandelion, curcumins, milk thistle, burdock root etc., but I've learned that while you can find those ingredients in a lot of these products, the amts are negligible or just not enough to do much. I suffer from a hormonal imbalance that usually ends up w/ me suffering from many symptoms that someone w/ pcos would have, I've been tested & it's borderline pcos. Tiredness, sleep issues, migraines, severe pms & irregular cycles, & hormonal acne....I'm 34 & a medical esthetician (i went into skincare to fix my own skin at 1st) so that is not conducive to a good career in skincare.
