You might want to use a sealing spray first, like Flex Seal, then apply the Dupli-Color over the top. **Q: Can this be used to paint exterior vinyl window trim on home windows?** A: I don't think it would hold up under weather conditions **Q: Will it cover bleach stains?** A: Definitely, it's basically spray paint. I rushed job but it still came out pretty good. Update it wore out rather quickly on my seats.
