Me, belonging to this modern automated world ("choosing convenience over conscious consumption"), was obviously very reluctant about it at first - to be pushed to make an effort to change my lifestyle. It indeed takes great effort and time to make even the smallest of changes in life, but it doesn't harm to give it a try. So, I did. I went through this book, picked and highlighted the points which seemed relevant to me (like my skin type and all), and have made notes out of it to be referred again and again. I can't guarantee its effectiveness, because I'm yet to fully practice what was taught. But, the author has lots of authenticity and a company to her name, so I trust her enough to give those a try. For lazy people like me, who just enjoy watching DIY tutorials, and not apply it irl, it's definitely a lot of task to be performed to see the effectiveness.
