It has handles for hands and legs and even a door pulley which is great to work the upper back! An instruction booklet as well but they’re pretty self explanatory. Seem to be well made and easy to wipe down between uses. This would make a great gift for a traveler or anyone home bound or unable to get to a gym. My ten year old even likes using them to stay in shape between her dance classes and horse riding lessons!
