Being in Florida, shade is a MUST! We purchased this as a Christmas gift to ourselves and found it was super easy to install, it even came with tie downs (I purchased others separately but didn’t need) and provided amazing shade. As soon as we installed it, we saw a slight gap in the sewing. We went to take it down when we were going out (as we don’t leave it out when not home) and the zipper snapped right off. So two failure points with less than a week of it being up. Would like to try a replacement vs just a return, and will update from there.
