However, researched of ceramic coated pans led me to this site and listed this as a top brand. Our only pan that comes with a lid is the 11 inch frying pan. **Q: I have used my pan once and everything sticks. I coated it with 2drops of oil as the instructions indicated to do. What now. Disappointing!** A: Yup...unfortunately I too after about 2 weeks every thing started sticking... Ahhhh... Now I just scrub it off hoping I'm not scraping into harmful chemicals of some kind on the surface and beneath... Hmmmm ... P.S I ALWAYS use olive oil and still..... It's perfectly weighted, heats evenly, is beautifully nonstick, and looks incredibly sexy! Leave it to the Italians to make a pan that looks this good. I have used plenty of much more expensive cookware, and much prefer this pan - All-clad ain't got nothing on Vesuvio! And what makes it even better, is that Vesuvio comes from a small family business - I love supporting a family business. Every thing about this pan is beautiful. The packaging was beautiful, it had a fantastic instructional booklet in the box, and the pan was very securely wrapped in bubble wrap. The first thing I cooked was a potato hash (photos included). I don't cook with oil, so nonstick is pretty important to me. This pan was perfect. I didn't have to add liquid to clean out the gunk that can form on a pan. There was none. And when I was done, a simple wipe with a sponge, and the pan was completely clean! I cannot recommend this pan enough. I'm hoping to get the 11.5" pan with a lid.
