I wasted over two hundred dollars thinking I was going to receive the old version and was ripped off. As I stated above, Do not waist your money on this newer version of the Robocut...because it is very poorly made and doesn't work. **Q: From reviews, many customers ordering red version were not receiving r-28 model w/rectangular holes in cutting blades- is red actually the r-28?** A: I had a terrible experience with my purchase. I was sent a defected model. The seller refused to exchange it or refund me. It was suppose to be a gift for my father in law who had used this product before and needed a updated one.
