With all of that said, ring workouts will absolutely work you out and give your stabilizer muscles a tough reality check; especially when you use them as dips or deep stretch push-ups. I can normally do standard parallel bar dips with a 50lbs kettlebell hanging from my belt and yet dips on these rings with no added weight still kicked my butt. Even for an experienced lifter or someone with adequate fitness I think these would be very useful to help break through a plateau in your bench or OH press progress since they hit almost every stabilizer muscle in your delts, triceps, chest and even lats.
