We certainly have! These are great for leftovers, freezing stocks and sauces, coloring royal icing and keeping it from drying out, maintaining sourdough starter, keeping smoked salt fresh, and yes, for leftover Chinese soup (which we make at home)! No end to the versatility of these indispensible containers. We have them in pint and quart sizes. They are flexible and seal very tightly. We have probably two dozen in the freezers right now and 5 or 6 in use in the fridge and cupboards. Throw them in the dishwasher and they are good to go for many repeated uses. When they finally give out - after much use - we chuck them in the recycle bin and get out a new one. No need any longer for hand wringing if we leave one in the break area at work or running for Won Ton soup, just because we need another pint container for a newly discovered purpose.
