One aside....I previously was taking over 1,000 mg's of MSM a day for joint pain, and it did not help at all. Was expensive, too. I realize MSM helps some, but, did not relieve my joint pain....SO Thank you, DR'S BEST!

When I first started taking this supplement 4 years ago, it was for joint pain that was not responding to shots- cortisone if I remember correctly. This supplement definitely helped and surprisingly took care of some digestive problems as well. Needless to say, I was sold, but recently tried a less expensive brand with similar dosage. Within a few weeks I had joint pain showing up in multiple locations. So I am switching back now to this supplement which I will probably stick with forever, as long as they don’t change the formula.
