Seems well made, heavy duty with what seems like 3 good quality, strong Velcro attachment points (2 for the lid, 1 for the strap end). Purchased as better alternative to PackIt, which fails with weak, poor quality Velcro attachment points. Otherwise, similar but better than PackIt. Enclosed soft ice packs work OK, but I use it along with a couple of Cool Pack, Slim Long-Lasting Ice Packs, and it says cold all day. This is a pretty large bag though. Wish they had a smaller version! I'd order that too. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Beware it’s much smaller than it looks and inside sweats *by B***I on Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2018* I bought this lunchbox because I thought it would be as good as my PackIt one, and I was wrong. Even though the dimensions are the same, there’s less space in this one compared to the PackIt brand. In addition, the inside sweats (PackIt brand does not). I put a napkin in it to take to work and my napkin was soaked. As far as staying cold, PackIt one still beats it. It works okay but is poor quality compared to my original PackIt brand freezable lunch box and I would not purchase again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The lining on the inside also seems pretty thin so i've been careful not to put anything ... *by B***G on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2017* Skeptical at first but i've been keeping my lunches out on my desk at work (office fridge is always too full/cramped/dirty) and my food is still cold 6-8 hrs later without needing any ice paks or anything. The velcro strap on the front you see only has a small patch of velcro at the end which means you can only close it in one position. If they had extended the soft velcro along more of the bag, you could close the lid in a variety of positions but it's not a huge deal. The lining on the inside also seems pretty thin so i've been careful not to put anything sharp inside.
