When I take them on a daily basis it definitely makes a difference. It might turn your urine a brighter yellow color. Not a bad thing but it does mean some of the vitamins didn't get absorbed. With that, I went to my doctor's office to receive a "Meyers" cocktail. That is an IV infusion of vitamins. The vitamins have a better chance of being utilized by the body. They body's ph can destroy some of the vitamins when taken orally. The day after the IV infusion, my urine was the same brighter yellow. So I share this to say that these vitamins are good.
