USAGE AND MAINTENANCE Touch the base of the lamp to switch between the 4 settings: off, low, medium, high For fragrance use we recommend the low and medium settings; high setting is too hot for fragrances to last. If you like to leave your lamp on for extended periods we also recommend the medium and low settings; your bulbs and lamp will last longer. Handle halogen bulb with a clean cloth or glove, oils from bare fingers will cause the bulb to burn out prematurely. If a bulb becomes soiled, wipe clean with alcohol and lint free cloth. If you choose to use fragrance, there are many choices: fragrance oils, waxes, gels or crystals. You can also fill the dish with water and add a few drops of essential oil. Be careful to not spill onto bulb. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Do not leave unattended on high setting Halogen bulbs burn hot, use caution around children and pets and keep away from flammable objects Keep fragrance dish on lamp when turned on. BENEFITS OF HALOGEN LIGHTING Halogen bulbs burn brighter than standard incandescent bulbs, closely mimicking the spectrum of natural sunlight. They make people and furnishings look their best.Halogen bulbs last longer than incandescents. The life span of halogen bulbs is not affected by frequent on and off switching. They contain no mercury or other harmful chemicals so there is no danger if a bulb breaks. Halogen bulbs are used in light therapy to treat depression and a variety of mood disorders. Some people believe that halogen lighting elevates their mood. We make no such claims about our lamps, but many customers report positive feelings. We are grateful to sell a product that makes people happy! ## Features - Handcrafted from glass and stainless steel, free replacement 35 watt halogen bulb included - Touch-controlled with four settings - Makes a great accent lamp, or use with fragrance oils, waxes or essential oils diluted with water - Shade lifts off of base for easy bulb access - 5.5 inches tall, 14 cm tall ## Images ![Scentcraft Opalescent Red Teardrop, Glass Mosaic Electric Touch-Controlled Fragrance Lamp with Free Replacement Halogen Bulb - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91Q0vOuQSKL.jpg) ![Scentcraft Opalescent Red Teardrop, Glass Mosaic Electric Touch-Controlled Fragrance Lamp with Free Replacement Halogen Bulb - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Ge8fzDwtL.jpg) ![Scentcraft Opalescent Red Teardrop, Glass Mosaic Electric Touch-Controlled Fragrance Lamp with Free Replacement Halogen Bulb - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/918cZVuoumL.jpg) ![Scentcraft Opalescent Red Teardrop, Glass Mosaic Electric Touch-Controlled Fragrance Lamp with Free Replacement Halogen Bulb - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91bUlMPIcML.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Overall happy! *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2017* I must say this item is beautiful. Because it is opalescent, when the light is off the outside has more of a very shiny yellow blue green maybe some purple shift look to it (very beautiful just wasn't really what I was looking for), when the light is on it has that pinkish, red, maybe some orange look to it. It is a beautiful piece. Seems to be made well, I've been using it with fragrance oils and it works well. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars When I got my opalescent coral red Glass lamp it ... *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2016* When I got my opalescent coral red Glass lamp it was Broken I opened it as soon as it hit my front door two minutes ago.you need to check it before it goes out it the base on my lamp wasn't glued now I'm out of a gift for tomorrow.thank you for that ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The opalescent red teardrop glass is beautiful when lit up *by C***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2017* The opalescent red teardrop glass is beautiful when lit up , it's like a nightlight that gives off a beautiful scent throughout the house.
