I like the 100W equivalent and the 3000K appearance., until the failures from overheating. In an open globe bathroom fixture with the base up position, flickering occurred, when I attempted to remove the lamp it would spin but not come out. In a table lamp with the base down. Both applications on for longer than 3 hrs a day. These lamps will expand from heat and then start to malfunction. Estimated 2-3 months in the bathroom and approx 1 year in the table lamp. (warranty is 2 years)Both these lamps were replacements for compact fluorescent lamps which lasted for years in the same application.When I contacted Jullison they were polite and appreciative for the feed back. Then I sent them pictures of the failure and they were appreciative again. Then when I requested a full refund for 16 of the 20 Lamps I purchased, they replied"The A19 is complied with UL standard and FCC as well and produced exactly according to components listed in the UL report. By passing the UL, it means the product is safe to use in USA even it generates heat basically as of one of its characteristics.We confirm the quality of our A19 light bulbs. The latest were in an open globe bathroom fixture with the base up position, lamp started flickering and when I attempted to remove it the lamp separated from the base transition piece and would spin but not come out. Eventually I was able to work it out of the fixture socket. Signs of overheating were present. Same situation occurred in a table lamp this time with the base down. Both applications are on for longer than 3 hours a day. These lamps will expand from heat and then start to malfunction. Estimated install time 2-3 months in the bathroom and approx 1 year for the table lamp. It is my observation that the materials used cannot handle the heat or wire leads to the base socket are not soldered but squeezed into place, over time this could become loose and the flickering occurs, possibly the cause of the overheating. Not sure which one is the cause and which one is the effect. If this flaw is corrected I would continue to use, as for now I'm having to use other lamps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really nice, reliable light. *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on October 13, 2019* I've bought these twice now, not to replace bulbs but to put in more lamps. I haven't (knock wood) had to replace one yet, and I have one that I have used every day for about a year.I like LED bulbs much better than incandescent because of the lower energy use, longer life, cooler actual temperature, and wider range of color temperatures available. I like LED bulbs much better than compact fluorescents because the light just seems much cleaner and nicer.I like Jullison warm white bulbs because they're good value for money, and for two other reasons: one is the 1500 lumens (brighter than a lot of 100W equivalent bulbs) and the other is the 3000K color temperature, just a bit brighter and whiter than the more common 2700K while still very definitely a warm light.I use 4 of these bulbs in lamps to light an office with no windows, producing a soft, warm, welcoming environment, and I can see my clients relaxing when they step into the room. They are very bright, great shade of light for any room. A floor lamp that takes 2 bulbs with 2 of these in it lights up the whole room unbelievably bright. But 5 of the 8 bulbs have some degree of buzzing, some louder than others, that varies from being constant while they're on to sometimes going off after being on a long time. 2 of them I can easily hear from 6 feet away, the others only closer. It's a bit concerning and a bit annoying. Low pitch buzzing.Other than that...- Size wise: they are a little smaller than a regular incandescent bulbs- Temperature wise: the top of the bulbs don't get hot, so you can easily unscrew them to swap a bulb even if still on. But watch out!
