Didnt touch the air correctors (ships with 170's) and didnt touch the idle jets (ships with 45's) and this sucker scoots! Prior had a dgv 32/36 on the car, and it ran out of steam at 4200rpm. With this 38/38, im going up to 5000rpm and still pulling. Easy to adjust, had to grind out a little on the front left mounting hole as i use bolts instead of studs, and had to remove the chose assembly to get the back right bolt in. But other then that. Absolutely in love with this carbs first impressions, absolutely worth the money. I haven't been able to use it on my vehicle yet. It comes with its box as I got it. But it's a really powerful carburetor. I recommend it, you will understand what I mean when you get it. **Q: What is the size of the accelerator pump jet?** A: Nothing but trouble with this weber knock off. 1st the needle seat stuck open, then stuck closed. Right now I need to find time to figure out why it won't idle. Although I think it might be a little large. I have a 32/36 coming and we'll see. This does work great but I have a little stumble at take off but it might be jetting or the carb is just to big. I did notice some play in the throttle plate pivot bushing but hopefully it has orings since it runs good. I can't see if it has them or not.
