One had pretty much no adhesive at all to it . One or two others slipped only when my 10 pound dog took the stairs two at a time (like a maniac!). I bought some carpet tape and used that on them and I'm very happy with them now. I think they are like 95% safe on their own without it, but I didn't want to take any chances with my reckless little dog and I don't really care if they are removable, which they were before. They look pretty good and they all came in promptly and in great condition (minus the one with no adhesive at all). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best stair treads ever *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2017* Best stair treads ever! I have a 175 lb. Newfoundland who is incredibly reluctant to go up and down stairs. I literally have spent hundreds of dollars on various stair treads to prevent him from falling. They always slip out of place after a short period of time. These are the on.y treads that have been able to stand up to the humans in the house as well as 3 dogs totally 375 lbs.
