If you are looking for the traditional peizo sound this isn't for you. It doenst pick up bumps and clicks from your acoustic. I play leads so its perfect. Title says humbucking pickup but I'm pretty sure it's a single coil. Totally fine. I play reggae. It was well worth it. Tone and volume knobs were fairly easy to access. I like the option to mount the jack in the end-pin hole. (I didn't do) The two set screws keep it securely in place. However, I didn't like the tone I was getting from it. It had a very electric tone. This is to kind of be expected with magnetic pickups but it seemed really exaggerated with this product. Hard to tell by listening I was even playing an acoustic. And in my mind, if it's gonna sound like an electric guitar, I'd rather play an electric guitar.
