So I ordered the deck. Unfortunately when I looked through it, a fair number of the cards were creepy-looking and I decided to send it back. For the most part I loved the artist's style, but certain elements- such as hands that looked almost cut off with fingers sprouting from them- put me off. I bought it for myself (age 63), but in case you think this would be a good deck for a young person, I'd reconsider. You might totally love it, but check out more images first. Very unique though. The style of the cards is charming and whimsical, but the color of the backs is inconstant, some are slightly darker than others. Two of the cards have white marks on the back. For sure the prettiest deck I have ever seen. I’m really happy. It’s not ideal for a first deck, it’s closer to Marseilles style.
