These fit the space I have well, and being square are easy to clear flat space for, but even if they are a little tilted, they don't leak. The lids are tight, but easy to remove and put on. Once frozen, I either send it home with her in the mold, or decant the soup and put it in vacuum seal bags for her to use later. A cup of soup just suits her, and the cubes just pop right out of the molds. The 1/2 cup measurement line is fairly easy to see as well. They wash up well in the dishwasher too.
