Current amp rig is a mesa express head into a mesa 2x12 cab. These pickups are pretty damn good. The one major downside is no matter what string gauge I use, these pickups just sound off if the guitar is tuned higher than c standard. There is a weird sharpness to the treble end in any tuning higher than that. I'm not sure if that's because the pickups are supposed to have crazy attack to them or not. Once I put the guitar into c standard and drop a# though. The guitar came to life like a fire breathing beast.
