**Q: $42 for a freaking tofu press is nuts.  Why so greedy?**
A: If you buy direct there isn’t a $10 shipping charge too. You’re paying for quality, not cheap junk that breaks in a couple months.

**Q: What causes the press?  electric?  Is there any guarantee?**
A: It's a completely manual device--no electricity.  The press is caused by a strong metal spring.  I'm not aware of a guarantee.

**Q: Does it come with the Light Tension #2 Spring attachment as well as the regular one**
A: It only comes with one spring. I assume that to be the "regular" one.

**Q: Does it have whole in the bottom for the water to drain?**
A: No, you tip it over to drain the water out.  Because it's being pressed by the plastic plate the water pools on top and doesn't get reabsorbed.
