Combining practical postage with elegant artistry, they offer a stylish way to make every envelope stand out. ## Description On May 2, 2017, in St. Louis, MO, the U.S. Postal Service issued the Celebration Boutonniere First-Class Mail stamp (Forever), in one design, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 20 stamps (Item 563300). Similar in design to the 2-ounce Celebration Corsage stamp, the Celebration Boutonniere can be used for wedding RSVP cards. It is also perfect for party invitations, thank-you notes, announcements, birthday cards, Father‘s Day cards, and other occasions when a beautiful stamp is fitting. The stamp art features a photograph of an arrangement of Ranunculus with floral accents of succulents, Astrantia, Berzelia, and clubmoss greenery. The ribbon wrapping the stems harmonizes with the colors and textures of the plant material. The boutonniere was arranged by floral designer Carol Caggiano and photographed by Renée Comet. Art director Ethel Kessler designed this stamp. This listing is for one sheet of 20 stamps. Review: Beautiful stamps - Very well-packaged and was sent right away! Thank you! USPS charges a Fee to ship the stamps. The Seller have to charge a Fee for their service also. These stamps are starting to be hard to get at most post offices also. **Q: Can I still use this in May 2019?** A: Yes, They are Forever stamps which will always be good for 1st class mail up to 1 ounce **Q: Can I still use this in June 2020?** A: Yes these are Forever Stamps so they will always be equal to the value of a one ounce, first class letter in the U.S. The stamps can be used to mail a letter, or towards the total postage cost of any USPS shipment, or can be saved as a collectible. Thank you. **Q: why does the 'forever' word have a line through it?** A: US Postal Service regulations require a line through the word "forever" to prevent counterfeit stamps from being printed (using a color scanner, for example). The actual stamps you buy will not have that line. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful stamps *by A***S on February 1, 2026* Very well-packaged and was sent right away! Thank you!
