Some people say these are too sticky and, yes, when it comes to getting them off, they do stick on! But I like that. Most slip around and that is annoying. Thes worked perefctly for a year or more and I was down to the last 3 or four iin the pack. The sheet had become very deformed. I was able to get the strips on but they had become flimsy...they still worked. May be they expected the 20 or more in the box to be used quickly but i only useb them once in awhile....5 to 10 a year. I was able to get them on my teeth. However, bottom line, they do a great job of whiteneing, even getting ridd of thos e dark spots down next to the gums between the lower front teeth.
