Review: Awesome! - After I saw the movie Coraline a few years ago, I immediately hoped that they would come out with a button-eyed doll like in the film. After waiting awhile, I was glad to see they finally created one and I ordered it. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. It is very good quality and very detailed. It is also quite heavy which surprised me. I especially liked that the face looks like it is made of fabric but is actually very hard and sturdy. The rest of the body is soft and bendable. The raincoat is lined with wire so that it can be opened and closed easily while still keeping its shape. I don't find this to be a problem but the hood of the raincoat does not fit over the dolls head (just so you know). Two things it says on the box which isn't listed in the description is that it is limited edition and it is also an authentic movie prop replica. I disagree with the product description that it is appropriate for children 5 months and up. This is absolutely WRONG. There are small buttons on it that a child could choke on. It even says on the box that it is for ages 14 and up probably because it is more of a collector's item and not a toy. I gave it three stars for durability (even though mine hasn't broke or anything) because it seems to be delicate and would most likely break if played with too roughly. Overall I gave it five stars because I was very happy with it because it is very detailed, seems to be well made, and looks just like the doll in the movie. If you are a Coraline fan, you will absolutely love this doll!

**Q: I just received my Doll and I love it! However is the rain coat and skirt supposed to be splattered with blue all over??**
A: It’s suppsed to be dirt and mold since I’m the movie the doll was found in whybs grandmothers trunk it’s suppsed to be old looking

**Q: Is it breakable?  And what is it made out of?**
A: I’m not sure what it is made out of. This doll was purchased as part of my daughters Halloween costume and a keepsake because she loves the movie. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is quite sturdy and doesn’t seem easily breakable. She’s been toting it around since October.

**Q: Broken button eye . our doll came with a button eye broke in 3 pieces . should i return it and order a new one ? my daughter was so excited but i won't let her play with it until i either get a replacement or return it. thank you**

After I saw the movie Coraline a few years ago, I immediately hoped that they would come out with a button-eyed doll like in the film. After waiting awhile, I was glad to see they finally created one and I ordered it. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. It is very good quality and very detailed. It is also quite heavy which surprised me. I especially liked that the face looks like it is made of fabric but is actually very hard and sturdy. The rest of the body is soft and bendable. Love it!!! I been waiting for her price to drop since she came out, to see her for the price she is, I HAD to jump on it. Bought one for my daughter, and when I get the money getting one for me. She is good size, perfect as pictured, and I love the details. Good as a gift to other's or yourself. Love her!!!!
