I picked up the case from amazon with Amazon Prime One Day so I could have it with me when I upgraded my phone and the phone could immediately go in it. When I purchased it, the only version in stock was a "refurbished" version of the pink and grey so I saved five bucks and it was brand new. First things first, the packaging was minimal, which I love. No plastics besides the thin layer wrapped around to protect from scratches. The cardboard packaging fit the case perfectly and looked recycled, big win in my book. Next came installation. I have to admit getting the pieces apart were hard, but that's what makes the case protect! You have to pop the TPU/Rubber casing out at the four corners in order to get your phone in. If you have fingernails this will probably a lot easier for you. It had protectors on both sides of the screen to peel off. Once I got my phone it, it instantly made an already gorgeous phone even more beautiful! The back cut outs fit the phone perfectly and the snug fit of the "flaps" for the headphone jack and the charger port are superior to any other case like it, especially otterbox. I have removed the phone from the case twice and the TPU/rubber material has shown no signs of stretching out like other cases tends to do. One of the biggest bonuses this case offers is the built in screen protector. In the past, I normally just rip mine right out of the case (otterbox) because of the bubbles it leaves under the screen, the decrease in screen quality, and the unresponsiveness it can create on touch screen devices. I can officially say that there are absolutely no bubbles under this screen and between the phone and it hasn't decreased the beautiful quad-HD screen of the LG G3! Overall superior quality, would definitely buy this brand again, and would definitely recommend to others considering I never write reviews and felt compelled enough to for this product. It looks great on! I'm super excited and glad that the pink isn't that obnoxious pink...its not a powder pink but just right.The packaging was ideal for this case. I loved that they didn't put this case in a big box with nothing but bubble wrap. The one thing I did not like was that there wasn't any instructions along with it. The case itself is sturdy and definitely doesn't look or feel cheap. It's built just like the Otterbox Defender but with a twist. The screen protector is built in to the front of the case, but instead of there being a back plastic piece and a silicon/rubber piece that goes over both plastic pieces, the silicon/rubber piece is fused with the back plastic and only slides over the front plastic piece. And the rubber is much more thicker than the Defender.To install:1. Just like the Defender, you have to slightly and gently lift the rubber piece off the front of the case. Work your way all around the case and when you do, work your finger behind the front plastic piece and pull it towards you. It was a little difficult for me but I got it eventually.2. Take you phone and the front piece. Slide your phone in on one side so it sits under the curved lip. Then with both thumbs, push the other side in gently until you hear it "snap" in place. Now take your phone and work it into the back piece and work the rubber over the front (as you would with the Defender) until it fits perfectly. And ta-da! You are ready to show it off!It feels and looks great. This was purchased for my wife and she loved the color. Very good cutouts for access to necessary buttons on the back. Takes abuse quite well. My wife has dropped her phone several times now since getting this case and the phone was just fine.CONS: The installed screen protector is a piece of junk! It took my wife about 2 days before she finally got tired of it and ripped it out. The case doesn't sit on the rubber tabs on the back when placed on a flat surface so it can get scratched but the plastic is pretty tough so not that big of a deal. The covers on the charging and earphone port are really hard to get open. Some of the cutouts weren't cleaned up very well after manufacturing. The IR blaster hole isn't very will lined up. We don't use that hardly ever though.This case had great potential but it lost a star for the garbage screen protector which would've been understandable if this was a waterproof case. It lost another start for some of the manufacturing QA oversights. For the money I think a difference SUPCASE or even a Spigen SlimArmor case is a better deal.
