Review: does what poster putty couldn't - I used this frame to hang a 4' x 3' dry erase calendar without putting tack holes in the wall (utilizing one pre-existing wall bolt). The calendar was WAY too large & heavy for expensive wall putty to hold because of its size. These 2, plastic frame rods work exactly as advertised. It's lightweight, attaches/ opens/ closes easily & intuitively, grips the thin poster material well, and comes with eight moveable/ removable round-holed tabs thru which one can use tacks/ screws/ Ook "wire" to attach it to wall. The 1", uncolored plastic frame provides structure for the dry-erase calendar's shape to be held & wall-attached. I recommend & am likely to purchase again in future.

Can be used with paper up to 1/16" thick.Will securely hold soft, flexible or slippery surfaces (Will not work for 1/4" foam board because it is too thick)
- 2 RAILS and 8 HANGER TABS INCLUDED - (LOOK in bottom of bag for a small clear bag with the clear tabs) tabs have 1/4 inch hole. Eight clear hanger tabs included for extra support on top rail, or to attach to wall at bottom rail, or to cut rails in half and have two 24" rail sets. Rails can be cut to size with a fine tooth hack saw. Close first before cutting and file smooth rough edges. If tabs are missing, please contact goKelvin via desertcart for replacement tabs.
- IMPORTANT - 1. Rails close much easier when paper/fabric is inserted. Try closing them with a regular piece of paper inserted to see how they work. 2. Slide hanging tabs into top groove *first* before snapping the rail closed, as they are hard to get in once the rail is closed. They also become harder to slide when the rail is closed which is important so they stay in the correct position once your poster is hung.

I was looking for a way to hang a paper world map poster in my son's room, it kept tearing out of my "classy" push pins.Also didn't want to spend a fortune, and saw this as a solution. It works, I'm happy. There's a you tube for instructions, but pretty simple. This clip frame can be used for other hangings very easily unlike an actual frame.
