Not to mention the heat, standing over a flatten and grill for 14-16 hours a day will wreck your writing utensils. Pros: Heavy and metal. They look very slick and professional. I know that even if my hands are wet from sweat or covered in salt this pen isn't going anywhere. It writes like a dream. I haven't had any issues with the ink splotting, coming out uneven or the infamous no ink at all. Thing where no matter how much you write or scribble you just end up pushing indents into everything instead. I also love the flat topped plunger, the click is audible and tangible. So even if I can't hear it, I know when I need it, this pen is ready to write. Cons: When I first got them out of the box, I had to push the cap for the retention band back down so the band would stay in place and not endlessly rotate. But that's it. Overall: I love these pens.
