(I bought 3 to get free shipping). I looked at all the reviews and this one seemed to work better. I’ve used them for a month and have only found perfection. I did reduce from an 8mm needle to the 5mm needle as I don’t have a lot of fat. The 8mm imbeds into the muscle and I needed to pull it out slightly to complete the injection. The 5mm does not reach the muscle and the injection is more efficient. All things being equal; it comes down to the price.
