I would only get coffee at Starbucks or Coffee Bean when I could get a more fancy kind of drink. This coffee is simple and delicious and far less money than a latte. The flavor is excellent and now I can't imagine starting my day without it. I am a repeat buyer and will continue to make sure my home is always stocked with this tasty and easy to make product. Also, I am not a big fan of coffee with creamer and sugar. The only reason I bought this coffee was for backpacking. I have tried every instant I can find including Alpine Start (rated 4.5 stars at REI) and Starbucks. None of them are good. It's as if your are drinking a concoction made from burnt coffee grounds. In spite of my distaste for cream and sugar this coffee actually tastes good. The flavor is round and smooth. It has no burnt and bitter flavors that all the others seem to have. If I liked sweet, creamy coffee I would have rated this at least a 4. If I was going to hike for more than a couple of weeks I think I would either take fresh ground coffee or temporarily give up on my addiction.
