I finally installed it July 3 and found that it was completely dead. I put the Deebot on the charger and got a solid red light and four beeps. This error signal indicates a faulty battery. The battery has a two-year warranty and I tried to find out how to contact them, but I could not find any way to contact them via their add for a replacement.
