**Q: Can you season these pans or do you just leave them as-is?**
A: I did not need to season the pan.  When we make pizza on it, I just spray a little PAM on the surface before placing the  crust on the pan.  It cooks well and cleans up easily.  Great pan, great price.

**Q: Does this pan have straight sides, or does it have a raised lip, or something else? I’m interested to know what it looks like in profile.**
A: There is a slight raised edge or lip; maybe it’s about 1/4 inch above the base of the pan.

**Q: Are there any holes in the bottom?**
A: There are no holes in the bottom of this pan.

**Q: Is there a trick to crispy crust? Thin crust came out soggy, not browned at 500 degrees temp 20 min bake.**
A: Take the dough out of the refrigerator and allow it to rest on a bed of flour for about  an hour before rolling it out.  Carefully flip the dough once during the rolling. Then, spray the pan with a light coating of Pam and place the dough on it.  I bake our pizza for 10 minutes on the low oven rack and then move it to the middle rack for the second 10 minutes.  The crust comes out crispy.
