**Q: We are not able to reset the lock. Will they send me a new lock?**
A: I have no idea you would have to contact them directly

**Q: Are they bringing back the color "blue" in the underseater model?**
A: I can’t tell if they are bringing back the blue, but I can say I would not buy this luggage again
It’s heavy before u even put anything in and I have used twice and my wheels are already messed up

**Q: Is the color Angora the same as Champagne?**
A: Angora is cream-colored, I believe Champagne might be a shade darker.

**Q: Why doesn’t this come in black to match the black chatelet bags?**
A: My other pieces are the signature brown but I have two of the white smaller pieces that go well with them! The contrasting colors are very appealing to me.

I am constantly amazed at the size of “carry-ons” I see fellow travelers rolling into airplanes. (I get it, but still, amazing.) I have a good selection of carryons that are in the actual, legal size zone, but even those can feel like overkill on a quick trip when we are also checking luggage. I was on the hunt for something small enough to not be embarrassing on a one-hour flight, but would still hold my laptop, jewelry, pajamas (long stories of lost checked luggage in that category) etc. This size was perfect, the bag has some nice extra internal features, and the pale “angora” color, while not my usual practical choice, felt glam and special. Did not test this under the seat, but it took up a minimal amount of space in the overhead bin.

I was able to fit three changes of clothes, all complementary underthings, my laptop with cord, and all womens basics in this one bag. This bag is attractive; I received numerous compliments. But what I loved best was when overhead space was full when I barely made my flight, it slid easily under the seat and I just slipped my essentials in the outside pocket and put my purse in the overhead. For me, this is the perfect carry on. Nothing else has ever come close.
