Review: Juices taste great & cleanse your body - I’ve never attempted a cleanse before but I’ve been struggling to lose 10-20 pounds for several years. I was hoping this would help kickstart some weight loss. So day one was a breeze. The juices tasted great, much better than I expected. My least favorite was apple kale ginger lemon, but day 1 it wasn’t that bad. The bottles aren’t too big so I could drink them down pretty fast. Easy peasy. The juices “cleansed” my tummy the first day! Day two I was still ok for most of the day but in the afternoon I started getting a horrible headache which I realized was caffeine withdrawal. I hadn’t even considered this & felt like an idiot. I was a 3 shot espresso/day kinda girl so it hit hard. I was pretty weak, shaking like crazy and had a miserable headache but finished all my juices. I thought I’d die when I drank the apple kale ginger lemon. It seemed like it was pure lemon and upset my stomach. At this point I was wavering if I was gonna make it to day 3. I decided to eat a little quinoa with steamed broccoli. Yup that’s what I needed. I did not do the 3rd day but it did start my weight loss and I’m down 10 lbs. I’m feeling better, have more energy, my skin looks better. I’m going to use the rest of my drinks as a one day cleanse soon. I do recommend these drinks but I also recommend to research how to prepare for the cleanse & which of the juices are best for you. Review: Power through it - Okay, let me start out by saying that unless a vegetable is deep fried, I hate it with the same passion as a four year old, so this was a huge step for me to try this cleanse. But, while I'm not trying to lose weight, I have found myself to be craving exceptionally unhealthy things for the last few months. Wine, pizza rolls, bread, things that I usually do not partake of, and I've found that I am more hungry all day whereas before I would only eat one meal a day since I work 10-14 hour days and eating is hard for me. So needless to say, I've been miserable and thought this cleanse would reset my cravings. Not tooooo bad, I suppose. Every bottle and I had to have a little talk before I drank it, where I asked it nicely to taste like fruit juice full of sugar. I was...minimally disappointed by my desires. While they don't taste like fruit juice, they are light and clean tasting. Definitely vegetable tasting but not gross. For me, if it's nasty, I won't do it. My least favorite were the red juices because I don't like beets, but even they were quite nice and I didn't struggle to get them down. I was definitely craving things but I wasn't hungry. The last juice of the night was Green Day, celery, apple, kale and cucumber. I was sad that it wasn't sweeter and it was pretty heavy on the celery taste so I decided the next morning to have that one first. Oh boy. I don't know what happened between sleeping and waking up but it (Green Day) was...good. Like, really good. I enjoyed it immensely more than I did the previous night. Maybe my palette was just not surprised by the taste of a vegetable anymore haha. I'm not hungry at all and feel significantly less bloated. I don't know about any weight loss but I don't care about that. The worst part about this entire cleanse is the ginger shot. That's nasty. I would suggest plugging your nose and taking a chaser of your morning juice immediately. The package arrived about 90% frozen and in good condition. It also has instructions on how to precleanse, get through the cleanse and what to do after. All in all, very pleased with this purchase and plan on doing this cleanse every 3 months as a reboot. I do wish it was less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Side note, for those saying this is watered down....it absolutely is not. You can taste every single vegetable and fruit in these juices and they definitely are not watered down.

**Q: I can't see the nutrition labels. Can you put up better photos?**
A: Still looking for a posted, substantive answer to this important question, especially use/non-use of organic produce. Rather defeats much of the purpose if we are infusion pesticides and herbicides we typically avoid.

**Q: Are these actually made with organic ingredients? I don't see organic on the label although its in the title for this product.**
A: I consulted for a farm with NOFA certification for five years, and understand the process. Most local farmers market operators don’t get NOFA certified because it’s a headache. So I get it. You probably can’t because you don’t pasteurize? That said, you should advertise somewhere in your labels whether you use organic vegetable and fruit ingredients. I don’t see why that should be difficult as you’re not making a claim about your product (like it being organic) but rather the ingredients.

**Q: are these high pressure processed?**
A: Hi, no we don't HPP (High Pressure Processed) our juices, we simply cold press raw produce for freshness quality juices for our customers.

**Q: Are you allowed to have any kinds of foods with these...even at the snack level.  I have low blood pressure; are muffins and/or crackers permitted?**
A: If you get these drinks they have more than enough nutrition sugar and all for low blue sugar etc. it’s a cleanse the drinks are sufficient no breads just water and juices and you will feel so amazing

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So easy and convenient!

I had been wanting to do a cleanse for a long time but the effort required when you work in construction and have a ultra tiny kitchen at home was too much for me. So when I saw this I instantly knew I would try it because it solved all the obstacles in one box! I was very impressed with how fast it came and that they came still mostly frozen. Great! The 3 day cleanse is really a 4 day cleanse because the day before you are advised to do a pre-cleanse which really does clean the ol system. I had only a couple pre-made salads from the grocery store, almonds, some cheap smoothies, water, maybe some soup, and such. But on the 1st official day of only the juiced bottles I felt fine until about 2pm, then it was straight up hungry. Thankfully my schedule was set so I drank a bottle at 2:30 because that takes the edge off just until time for the next bottle. It was so easy but so hard. By the last bottle I'm not sure I could have had another. I straight up lost 12 pounds which excited me. And I felt really, really good, especially after I could eat again. But really I just felt a lot better after the cleanse. However I did not stick to eating healthy. I eat out about every meal still and gained it right back after about 3 weeks. So do the cleanse and continue to eat healthy and you will have great results for long after. For me it was worth it. I purchased in April, 2019 for 109.99. But I see the price has jumped up a lot so I'm not sure if it is something I would do again. But it is a great easy way to do the cleanse. If I do this again I will try the coconut option just for something different.
