Works better when you slide the phone in upside down. If you put the phone right side up, the ear phone jack is underneath. (Samsung s8) that's not the bad part. It's the hole for the ear plugs. You cant use the hole unless your phone is already out. It was so hard to plug my ear phones in, and it's not the easiest case to slide the phone in and out.
