Now, granted, I am not as picky about neck humbuckers as I am about bridge humbuckers, but this thing exceeded my expectations, big time. Sounds almost as good as a DiMarzio PAF Pro in the neck position, and that one is my favorite. But the real treat is how the -- what's it called? A "Flee-or"? -- sounds when you split the coils. Its single-coil sound is simply lovely. Appearance is as good as any of the name-brand pickups. I got the zebra version and the cream-colored coil was exactly the right shade. Comes with a peel-off plastic film; that's a nice touch. Overall build quality is very good. I can't believe I got this thing for 12 bucks.
