Makes sure you not only untwist the wires, but straighten them ( I run them thru my fingers several times). Nice having the tester to make sure cables are setup correctly. I made mistakes with my first couple of tests, so really like being able to test in the field so I can make sure I've got each cable correct. Both the cutter and the tester work great.
