I struggle to take tablets this size but have managed most of the time. I started to notice a difference with in about 4 or 5 days of taking the product. My hair started to look shinier and healthier, my skin actually looks better too and I've just, over the last day or so felt the energy thing kick in a bit. I find it a bit easier to get up in the mornings, not hitting the snooze button so much haha.
