It can charge my iPhone XR in about 3 hours - depending if you are using it, it will charge slower. Just note before you buy, this case does not charge the phone quickly. I use this case when I sleep as it automatically powers off the case when the battery on my phone is full, which is an excellent feature. I like how I don't have to remove the case to listen to wired headphones as the port passes audio signal. Battery life is good also, it can charge my XR roughly 120% before needing to charge the case again. One thing that I was disappointed about is it can't transfer data from the port to my PC - not a deal breaker for me though! (1) You need to charge the battery case first after receiving it.

(2) I’d like to show you how the charging process works. If the power in the battery case was totally depleted, the battery case will be charged first while plugged in. If there is still power left in the battery case, the phone will be charged first while plugged in.

I have had this case for almost 7 months now, and I can say that it's pretty good. It can charge my iPhone XR in about 3 hours - depending if you are using it, it will charge slower. Just note before you buy, this case does not charge the phone quickly. I use this case when I sleep as it automatically powers off the case when the battery on my phone is full, which is an excellent feature. I like how I don't have to remove the case to listen to wired headphones as the port passes audio signal. Battery life is good also, it can charge my XR roughly 120% before needing to charge the case again. One thing that I was disappointed about is it can't transfer data from the port to my PC - not a deal breaker for me though! Unfortunately I’m now outside the returns window for this power pack or I would be returning it. It frequently makes my phone think that there is water in the charge port which there isn’t. I never receive this message when the phone is out of the power pack, coincidence?
