A physical therapist used it in its clinic for treating tennis/golfers arm. Since i’m a golfer an feel my (golfers) arm most of the time, i wanted to do something about it. I have used this almost every day and it absolutely works for me, and it makes my muscles stronger. I ordered the Theraband duo package because i wanted to feel the difference in colour.
