I use it with my body boss bands and it works perfectly. I was a little worried because of the negative reviews saying that peoples feet were too big for this.I have a women’s size 8 foot and I have no problem. And, there is plenty of room. I’ve also used it barefoot with good success. Now I don’t have to worry about Velcro burns on my ankles.After using the device I am convinced that the peoples whose feet were “too large” was probably not a length issue at all. Using a really thick sole would be the issue.
