Your training skills translated well in this dvd and it help me immensely. I like how you replayed over and over the same steps and the Icons and Terminology....To anyone contemplating this DVD; Get it... It's worth the high price. It saved me a lot of time and frustration. Why?The dvd does what I wish more dvd's would do... Save me from hitting the "=" (Pause) and "<<" (Back) buttons to see something demonstrated. This dvd does that for you so you can see Guy demonstrate how to do it right and it also shows others (Novices like me) doing the same mistakes I made... It also breaks down the different components of Jibing (sp?) into 5 steps and then goes over and over them... I watched the first section 3 times, practiced in my living room for 10 minutes, went out on the water a few days later and was able to pretty much repeat what I had seen. Beautiful! No longer frustrated wondering "What the heck happened on that one..." Just doing it right, not falling and having to up haul again!Note: I don't know Guy Cribb. But I believe credit given where credit is due. This video is very watchable. He's a nice guy and I didn't sense any ego, just a genuine desire to help me to learn to windsurf. (Ugh um... It won't teach you how to windsurf - but if you sail in footstraps, waterstart and are ready to advance to next level: high wind sailing, planning gybe - and gybe at all, this is the video. I love the drills which let one hone the "micro skills" more efficiently.
