Review: Great 5mm mat with good grip and quality - I am really glad I got this yoga mat. I used to have a 7mm mat, but it felt a bit too thick, and this 5mm one is just the perfect thickness for me. When it first arrived, it had a bit of a smell, so I wiped it down a few times with a damp, wrung-out cloth and let it air out, and after that, the smell mostly went away. When using it for yoga, like the downward dog pose, or just for regular stretching, I didn't find it to be slippery at all. It works really well and I like it a lot. The only minor downside is that it doesn't come with a carrying strap or bag, so you have to buy those separately, though I think that's pretty common for many yoga mats. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I am really glad I got this yoga mat. I used to have a 7mm mat, but it felt a bit too thick, and this 5mm one is just the perfect thickness for me.
