It doesn't say** A: I believe it was vanilla. I used it in milk shakes for my mother. Be aware that this is an IV hookup or for a feeding tube. I thought it was a bottle with a screw cap. It was a little tricky to open, but once I did, I stored it in a different container until it was gone. **Q: Is this powder or concentrate?** A: Concentrate **Q: Can this be used as IV?** A: The product I received was meant to be used in a feeding tube, not an IV. We cut the packaging to use it orally. **Q: Can I mixed it with water or not?** A: Any time people are receiving enteral feedings they also require free water. When the enteral feedings are on a pump, the feeding is paused and the free water flushes through right away mixing in the stomach with the feeding. I don’t use a pump at home but instill using a piston syringe. I mix free water with the pulmocare and the outside of the piston syringe.
