You would need to find a different outlet box that is much shorter. **Q: Does it include a bottom access plate (to get the media wires through the wall to TV) Or its just one plate and I need to purchase another separately?** A: No, it does not. You only get the 2 plates here (1 for media wires and 1 for the outlet).
