Review: Not UK compatible - Not UK compatible. Plumber could not provide a work around. Seller wouldn’t refund because the time to return had elapsed when our plumber was able to install. I don’t think it’s right to market incompatible products to customers. Company admits the product they marketed and sent won’t work in the UK. Unfortunately, by the time the plumber could come and install it was beyond their refund date. So even though they know they sold me a product that wouldn’t work in the UK, they won’t replace or Refund. Extremely disappointed.
Review: Seller should display the connection size of the tap tails for UK buyers! - Beware UK buyers, this is a US tap and the reducer you need for the tap tails to 1/2inch pipework is not easily come by, plumbcenter and others did not have it. it is available on here, but as the seller didn't state the tail size being unusual I assumed it was 1/2inch, have wasted a whole morning refitting old tap whilst I wait for the reducer to arrive

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: China and it certainly shows. Do NOT buy this faucet. Numerous people have broken heads in the rocker switch. Been a problem for years and they have no interest in fixing it.

**Q: I dont have much space behind the faucet. How much room does the handle need to open fully?, assuming the handle H&C moves back/forward**
A: Thanks for your inquiry and great question.

Our KPF-1610 offers a front pulling handle and does not require any additional clearance for the handle.

Please also feel free to contact us at 800-775-0703 or via email at customerservice@kraususa.com with any additional questions.

**Q: Is this faucet made of stainless steel or brass with stainless steel finish?**
A: The KPF-1610ss is constructed of Brass with a stainless finish

**Q: Does this faucet have a magnetic clip?**
A: Thanks for your inquiry.

Great question. No, while this faucet doesn't have a magnetic clip - it does include a weight for the hose that will retract the spray head back into position with ease.

### ⭐⭐ Seller should display the connection size of the tap tails for UK buyers!
*by P***S on 4 September 2026*

Beware UK buyers, this is a US tap and the reducer you need for the tap tails to 1/2inch pipework is not easily come by, plumbcenter and others did not have it. it is available on here, but as the seller didn't state the tail size being unusual I assumed it was 1/2inch, have wasted a whole morning refitting old tap whilst I wait for the reducer to arrive

### ⭐ Incompatible with UK plumbing standards
*by J***R on 14 May 2026*

If you live in the UK and I suspect Europe avoid these taps as they are designed to work in the North American market. The hose measurements cater for the plumbing standards over there and based on my extensive research including a conversation with the manufacturer there are no adapters to overcome this issue!
