Nor does it have a secure flap on top to secure it to the chair on a windy day! That is why I bought this towel cover!! I skipped over tons more of this type of towel, to get to THIS one since it promised secure flap on top!!!! It has two strips of material in each top corner which did fit over the top of my chair at my home. It worked fine since it was not a windy day. But I purchased this to take to the Bahamas with me and NEED the secure flap on top to secure to the beach chairs there. It is also very thin. The positives are that it covers my entire beach chair easily and has the pockets on the side.
